Refund Policy

Unfortunately, unless you made special arrangements PRIOR to shipping your order, we are unable to accept merchandise returns and/or give refunds at this time as we have already subsidized the materials as much as we can and generally undercharge on shipping.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

 

If you will not be using your workbooks, we encourage you to donate them to someone who can use them.
